Colthrop Village, Thatcham

The brownfield part of the site is the former Colthrop Paper Mill.  Most of the structures associated with the mill have been demolished but a number of unsightly structures remain along with areas of concrete hardstanding.  Some of this land is also contaminated because of its previous use.  As part of the development, this land would be cleaned up and cleared of the remaining structures.
